***Jane Scrivner Nourishing Cleanser Reviewed!

Hello lovelies! Hope everyone's still enjoying the good weather that we've been lucky enough to be having again after the torrential rain we had on Saturday and that was whilst I was in 'Chessington' Theme Park with my family! All I've got to say is that thank god for waterproofs....

But onwards with what I wanted to share with you guy's today!
Today's post is all about the yummy goody bag that I received from wonderful Jessica Sweetingham from the 'Award Winning 'JANE SCRIVNER' Skin Care Range which places a huge emphasis on using 'Pure', 'Organic' 'Natural' ingredients to give the user's a holistic skincare experience.
This range is wonderful for anyone looking for ethically sourced, natural organic product's!

Jessica was kind enough to send me a few lovely bits of samples from the range but today's post is about the 'Cleansing Balm'...

NOURISHING CLEANSER
Luxurious Cleansing Balm
A Multi Use Balm for Cleansing, Treatment Masque, Overnight Rescue Balm or 'Post Sun' Skin Repair

This is what the JS Website says about the Cleansing Balm

The Nourishing Cleanser is 'beautiful skin in a jar'
Suitable for all skin types, this cleanser is a combination of balancing, elastin and collagen promoting Organic Jojoba Oil, with beeswax and 9 'skin loving' essential oils.
It comes in a balm format that you simply apply to the face, massage in to dissolve any make up - including all waterproof products -and then remove with the fluffy mitt (provided).

Simply run the mitt in warm water, wring it out and wipe away any residue, if you are being particularly good, run the mitt under the cool tap, wring out and do your final cooling and toning wipe.

The balm is non stripping and nourishing, leaving your skin beautifully clean, soft and luminescent.

Ingredients;
Organic Jojoba Oil
Beeswax
Essential Oils of
Ylang Ylang, Elemi, Eucalptus, Frankincense, Lemongrass, Lavender, Myrrh, Sandalwood and Sweet Orange

It also contains a tiny scoop and an 'extra fluffy' cotton mitt.
  • Over 87% Certified Organic Ingredients with the balance of 13% (beeswax and essential oils)being totally natural.

This Beautiful Cleansing Balm is suitable for Dry/Normal/Combination/Oily skin types which makes it versatile in itself.
This Cleanser/Balm is also absolutely heavenly! It's one of the yummiest cleanser's that I have come across recently and the definite perks of this cleanser is the multitude of different usage that you can get from it.

To start of with there is no way you that you cannot fall in love with the smell!
It's very unmistakable scent of Ylang Ylang is hard to miss along with Lavender..
This balm reminds me very much of my favourite DECLEOR 'AROMESSENCE YLANG YLANG Facial Oil.

Jojoba in this promotes the healthy regeneration of elastin and collagen as jojoba replicates the natural oil production of our skin and is especially beneficial for mature or dehydrated unbalanced skin types.
You will get beautiful cleansed skin without stripping your face leaving it feeling tight and irritable.
This cleanser leaves you skin feeling refreshed and cleansed without any any harshness and that's probably due to the this being packed with 9 different essential oils.
A little goes a long way with this cleanser as the balm melts into the most luxurious oil the moment it touches your skin.

This can be used as a overnight treatment balm for tired, dehydrated skin and  again the essential oils do their bit in helping you rebuild your skin to it's optimum best.
This balm with all of the above can also help with skin which has been effected by too much sun expose or sunburn. It will sooth/repair and help your skin get back to its normal healthy state.  I also found that it's great on my elbows n knee's for those very dry patches that you sometimes get!

The only negative that I can think of for me is that I think it's a bit too much for my skin to use daily during the summer month's and I'll have to use in turns with my ORIGIN'S - Checks & Balances Rinse Off Cleanser but it's perfect for the cooler autumn & winter days coming around the corner as it's so lush & indulgent.
It's a must for anyone looking to give their skin some tender loving care.

I hope you guy's have enjoyed this little post? and if you've tried anything from this range yet I would love to know what you thought of it?
Also do feel free to leave me any comment's or suggestion's for future post's you may want me to write? I'm always' open to new idea's... :)

It's time for me to head off to the park with the kiddies so its bye for now me lovelies!

What's on your lips?

Do you always know what your wearing on your lips? or do you just know the name of the brand & shade? With Red lipsticks being very popular at the moment and me trying to find my perfect shade of red I found out a few more things then I had anticipated.... Well this may not be news to some people as it was to me but it really did shock me to find out that nearly 50% of all lipsticks manufactured in the US contains pig fat to give the shiny appearance!  I always thought to myself that in this day and age where there are so many synthetic & vegetarian alternative's cosmetic companies wouldn't still be using animal derived ingredients but I was very disappointed by what I found. The very brief summary below shows a list's all the animal, fish, insect derived ingredients which are used routinely in majority of lipsticks here in the UK. Names of animal derived ingredients. Wax (usually beeswax)  provides the solid shape of the lipstick. Glycerine (usuall

Swatches From Benefit Hello Flawless Oxygen WOW Foundation in Beige & Toasted Beige & Decay naked Skin Liquid Make-Up shade 6, 7 ,  Hello my lovelies! Today's post is all about my latest foundation swatches for shades suitable for mid-tone South Asian skin colouring (as in me) or Olive skin tones without too much yellow.   The samples I picked up are from Benefit and Urban Decay . I picked up 2 of each from the 2 different brands and was colour matched by the make-up consultant and was given 2 samples from each to try out at home, which is great as its really difficult to get a real match under the store lights.. The foundation swatches that I am reviewing today are 'Hello Flawless Oxygen WOW from Benefit (shades *Beige & *Toasted Beige)   Naked Skin Liquid Make-Up from Urban Decay (*shades no 6 & 7) which is the first F oundation by Urban Decay. They do have a Beauty Balm but I was looking for a natural finish foundation for everyday use duri
